When we checked in, I indicated that we had Good Sam and Passport America. Their website indicates you can only use Passport for 2 nights but the Passport website says Sun-Thurs and does not mention a limit. This park purportedly accepts Good Sam and Passport America. It is mainly seasonal campers but everyone was very friendly. There is basketball, shuffleboard, courtesy bikes for kids, a little camp stores for ice cream, etc.

We didn't check out the Pavilion or the pool at Trails but it looked like others did. It is maybe 3/4 of a mile and then down to the Yacht Club. The Heartland Trail runs right by the camp grounds and we walked down to Leech Lake on the trail. We had great cell service (Verizon) and our satellite had no trouble getting a signal. Lots are level with gravel and the lot is very well maintained with nice grass, fire ring and picnic table. There was actually room if another camper could park on it. The spots are the biggest we've ever had. Teresa is amazing! She went above and beyond to be sure we were comfortable and told us about the Ranch House Restaurant (could walk from the camp) had just closed but it would reopen with new owners).
